Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the client dashboard, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance.
Support response
- Critical (you can't access your data): ~2–4 business hours.
- Normal: next business day.
- Founding members receive priority handling.
Onboarding
Onboarding is self-serve — connect your accounts read-only in a few minutes and your workspace builds itself. Founding members also get hands-on, one-at-a-time white-glove setup, typically within 5 business days of claiming a spot.
Remedies
If we miss the availability target in a month, affected clients can request a service credit against the next invoice.
